For a tree nursery in Lottum, Aelmans Horticultural Consultancy has been working over the past years to realize a new building. We then guided the entrepreneur in the further expansion and renovation of the nursery. The very first new construction at this location was designed and completed in 2014. The most recent expansion and internal renovation took place in 2020 and 2024, respectively.

The activities carried out by our firm included: organizing the zoning plan change, designing buildings and the container field, designing the greenhouse, applying for permits and notifications, soil surveys, water management plan, preparing construction specifications, comparing offers, tendering, organizing internal renovations including the office, canteen, and propagation area, and supervising all construction activities. We are proud of what the client has been able to achieve together with us!
